We want to take a second here to explain what a home advisor is and how it can benefit you in building and growing your real estate business.
A home advisor is somebody that can provide expert knowledge in a variety of circumstances related to your real estate transaction. So you have a realtor, you can have a mortgage loan officer, you can have an insurance agent, and you may have a property manager all related together that can provide you with a great experience in your transaction.
Cross licensing and more importantly, cross education is what we think is the global glue that holds together a career in in the real estate realm. If you want to be a realtor, a mortgage lender, an insurance agent, property manager, you need that education to be able to deliver a valued proposition to your client, your client’s coming to you for all kinds of things from who they should use as a plumber or if should they replace their roof.
