The process begins with an initial home consultation. This includes speaking with one of our licensed real estate agents and going over the details of the home such as: address, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, recent updates, the age of the roof and HVAC system, and other unique features such as if it has a pool, backyard patio, hot tub, extra land around the property, etc.
We will also make sure that we clearly understand your goals when selling the home and what’s the most important to you. Would you like a quick close? Or would you prefer getting the most money for your home? That will be up to you to decide, however, as your real estate advisors we will help you through the entire process and suggest the best course of action to keep the process moving and come to an agreement in the end.
